Janet Petzler made a plan. We 1st toured the town . Janet introduced us to shopping areas, hospitals and pointed out specific things she thought we’d be interested in. Janet listened to what we wanted in housing, showed us several neighborhoods and we found our home. Being from out of town, Janet took over, recommended and met contractors and inspectors, even did the final walkthrough. After we got to Green Valley she recommended a cleaning person and arranged to meet her at the house. Janet Petzler is the best. From start to finish she took care of us.
